I feel that every time I write a new blog, I'm appologizing for taking so long between entries. Well, that's mostly because things are bit slow right now, and I'm also for myself figuring out how personal this blog should be. I've had a number of discussions with lots of my friends about MySpace, Facebook, blogs, etc. I love putting my humor and writing out to the world, but I am not sure how personal I want things to be. Sometimes it just feels too invasive. Plus, I know that industry people (agents, casting directors, etc) will inevitably check up on people, and if they don't get right away some of the jokes, or my sarcasm, or incidentally something was mentioned about someone the knew, etc., that wouldn't be too good.
On a different note, I'm sure I mentioned I danced for L'Oreal, and it was great. Other than that I've been auditioning for everything I can, classes, gym...
Side not on the gym thing...I have a new workout philosophy. Yeah, I said philosophy...I have some book smarts...I went to college...I took two philosophy classes...although, and you would be right to mention this, a philosophy class has nothing to do with the meaning of the word with how I'm using it. Did I lose you? Alright, so I clearly am working on getting my six-pack of abs. I mean, so defined that girls could wash their clothes on my stomach. I mean, I probably would be weirded out if a girl wanted to actually wash her clothes on my stomach, but depending on her hotness, I'd probably let her... I digress. However, I am not going to be completely happy with just the six-pack when I knew there is the possibility of an eight-pack. So, if I don't actually get the eight-pack that I strive for, then I'll be left with a six-pack. See, here is the philosophy part. Now, I do really want the eight-pack, so now I'm planning on working towards a ten-pack (which I know may not actually be physically possible, since we only have so many abs), and settle for the eight-pack.
Whew, that went on longer than I thought. Okay, other highlights of life in general. Went ice skating a few weeks back in Central Park. Haven't ice skated since maybe high school? Took a bit of feeling spastic, but got the hang of it. Whether or not my date and I had any actual skill skating (we did attempt to skate backwards...not so much)...we looked damn good doing it!
Also, finally had the chance to see the Radio City Christmas Spectacular! The Rockettes are so good (although one of the girls fell in the kick-line...felt bad for her). They really are, completely together. The "Toy Soldier" part was awesome, and the "Nativity Scene" (with real camals, donkeys (or asses, if you will), monkeys, and an elephant (okay, not the last two)) was so unbelievably beautiful. That made me so happy.
There you go for now. Until next time, this is Gossip Gir....uh, Andrew...signing off.
xoxo (this joke has had it's run...later)
