Shopping motivation...or lack there of
I'm having trouble focusing my thoughts on what I would like to write about tonight. It's like I'm just not in the mood, but I feel that I should write something anyways. I guess I could mention that the Nordstrom Rack is the devil. It is a cruel punishment for a kid just wanting some cheap fashion. My sister did find quite a few cute things, but I...none. Let me clarify. The Rack near Alderwood is okay...not great (especially for their lack of men's clothing)...but okay. The one downtown...no good at all. There were a couple of cute girls shopping, which does add somthing, but still not enough. I was doing okay at the start of the afternoon with Macy's (the old Bon Marche), into Abercrombie, Gap, Nordstrom's, then Westlake Mall for a little energy (food...a wrap), then the Rack. I lost my motivation at the Rack. It was just simply too much. So, I took a quick journey to a bookstore across the way. What did I come across? The Lois Greenfield calendar, Breaking Bounds, which I am pictured in a couple times. I guess I forgot to tell people of this, but if you should run across the calendar in a book store or something, look through it and you will see a picture of me dancing. So worth it! That's all I got for the moment. Enjoy!

Break time in Shoreline
Well, life in Shoreline, WA is at a little bit of a different pace than New York. Nice break, though. Mostly playing my brother's new Nintendo Wii, which is about the coolest thing ever, and also Guitar Hero 2 on the Play Station 2, which is just plain sick!
Aside from that, just relaxing and unwinding from New York living and constant stress auditioning and figuring out life. Oh, also took my sister to the Nutcracker performed by the Pacific Northwest Ballet. They did a great job as always. Makes me ever more focused on making sure I'm in ballet class when I get back to the city and working on my technique and fitness. Along with my film work, I'm definately going to keep up my dance to keep options in that arena open.
Lastly, as I realize how very interesting this all is, my brother, sister, and I went for our annual Santa picture. Yes, we still take that picture. Until we have good reason to not get it done (such as away for Christmas, way too old, married, etc.), we will probably keep going with the tradition. Nobody is ever to old for Santa! In fact, we still sleep in the living room on Christmas Eve. Don't lie, some of you do it as well. Or maybe you don't and we are a weird family, which is always possible. Enjoy the holidays, I know I am! More on the oddities of my family another time. Hope you are enjoying your holiday as much I am!

I clearly have a one-tracked mind...about life
I'm off to see the Wizard...the wonderful Wizard of...wait...what?! I ain't off to see no wizard (capitol "W" or not). As I sit here pondering my existance...or just drinking my coffee, as it may be, I can't help but be a little annoyed that I'm heading off to work. Now, mind you I really enjoy working at Abercrombie. I can't say this enough...models people. I'm one, and I hang around them all day. It's a tough job to stand around looking pretty, helping costomers, and staring at hot girls.
For instance, yesterday. This girl (yes she was a costomer) was being all flirty with me. Not in so many words, but here eyes were definately saying a lot. I shouldn't have to mention this, but she was pretty hot. For future reference, all stories involving a girl, unless specifically told otherwise imply that "she" is hot. So I do the polite thing and ask how she is and if she's finding everything allright. She's a bit shy, and says that she's good, but I know what her eyes were saying. Somewhere in the realm of "you are the hottest thing I've ever seen...take me now."
Finally, she approaches, asks me about a size (not where I was planning on going, but nicely done reader). Then she does it...she shows me her breasts. Okay, well, less of that and more of mentioning she's shopping for her boyfriend who's a similar build to me. And there we have it folks. ANother hot girl taken away from me. All of our eye flirting was in vain. Big bummer.
What does this story have to do with anything? Well, it really doesn't. I mean, I could tell you all sorts of philosophical undertones, but I'm not.
On another note, I'll be home in Seattle starting tomorrow, December 18th until January 1st. Oh I'll still be writing, don't you worry. For those of you actually in Seattle that know me, let's hook up. For quick clarification, that means "let's meet up" (unless you're hot and single - or at least have a boyfriend that won't kill me...just kidding...unless you weren't kidding...man, how does it all end up back to hot girls? I really do have a one-tracked mind, don't I?).
Happy Sunday! May it be filled with lots of crazy last-minute shopping. You don't even want to know how many tourists I wanted to physically beat down around the Radio City Music Hall yesterday. I mean, seriously folks, packed like trying to get into a club that Brittany Spears in her hot days was performing at. Not only that, but so crowded along that block, that if Brittany Spears was performing, she was probably performing naked since so many people were pushing and shoving to get through (including yours truly...ahh, younger Brittany Spears naked...okay, I'm back). I literally wanted to physically kill or at least partially disfigure probably 20 to 25 dumb as shit tourists. Really folks, New York is cool and all, but it's no Brittany Spears naked.

Oh my goodness it's early.
It's been a bit crazy in Andrewland, but I thought I'd give a quick thought for the evening. Is it ever a good idea to wake up at 5:00am? I say no. However, Law and Order says yes, and thus I follow. Oh my, 5am sucks! It sort-of renders the next day useless when you are forced to recover. Ah well, all in the name of showbiz! Peace and love!

Nutcracking Finuto!
Well, my four day vacation/work is over. I say vacation because I had the lovely chance to spend some time out of New York City in a real house and eat some real food while spending time with friends. My time in New Canaan was quite nice and I am thankful for the parents and girls who made it a great stay. The work part was of course my job to dance in the Nutcracker with the New England Academy of Dance. Now since I enjoy dancing so much it is also not so much work as it is fun!
I have to say that the Nutcracker went very well, and the five senior girls should feel proud of the work they accomplished. They all danced some tough roles and looked beautiful. Of course, everyone else involved should feel good about their dancing as well. And I have to thank them all for being very nice to me, I really do appreciate it. I hope I make it fun for them and can be not only a guest dancer but also a friend. I mean, when we really get down to it they are just lucky to be in my great presence. Well...really, anyone who meets me should feel honored.
I have to give a quick shout out to my mice and ginger cookies. You girls all rock! Also a quick 'sup' to the other guest dancers. Yes, Stick It will sadly be in my memory for a while. What a terribly idiotic yet funny movie. Why do we do these things?!
Tomorrow I will write a bit more about things. After a late night at the Nutcracker party last night, a devastatingly early morning for a photo shoot, performing this afternoon, and the train ride home, I'm a little bit tired.

Let the Dance Gods Bless this Weekend!
Let the greatness begin! I mean, let my outrageously fantastic performance in the Nutcracker begin. That's right, we have some nutcracking action this weekend. I must say, that even though my parts aren't maybe the most technical, something special will be witnessed this weekend. We all know that everything in life is about me...
Well, this hint of arrogance that comes through in my writing is mostly a joke. Despite the sarcastic humor, it is still true that I am a fantastic human being. Those who can't see it...well...I'm just sorry.
I do, however, wish all the girls and the other professionals great performances this weekend. How much fun is life performance! I mean, seriously. I love performing. As I sat at the tech rehearsal this evening in the wings, I just thought about how lucky I am to call this my job. I get to dance, and in this case play around on stilts in a giant dress and run around in a mouse costume. And the energy and fun the kids playing the mice and ginger cookies (and other roles) have is so wonderful. I hope the girls have as much fun as they can with it. Oh, and the older girls should be proud as always of their technical and performance growth.
And how much fun is it that in various places all over the city there are gigantic Christmas trees. Lincoln Center, Rockefeller Center, and others I can't think of. And the lights are so pretty. Check out specifically the pond in Lincoln Center. Very pretty at night. So is New Canaan's Main Street (where I'm dancing the Nutcracker). Very cute shops with classy and pretty lights on the trees. Oh to have a house of my own...far off dreams...
Well, peace and love!

Warm Chestal Region Tightness
Alright, so big surprise, I'm going to comment on this unusually warm weather. I don't want to be one of those guys who talks about weather because he can't think of anything better to say. My only comment is that as I walked out for coffee early this morning before going over to my ride to the set of a Japanese television show I will be working on today (yes I have a line!), I noticed how much colder it was and how much more bundled up everyone was. You see, I am all for weather that keeps the girls wearing smaller and less clothes. I'll be honest, while girls in coats can be cute (and even hot), the whole down parka thing just isn't as much fun as a tight sweater. Just have to be honest here for a minute.
Abercrombie update: I'm amazing.
On a strange note, I think my right pec (or breast if you will) is slightly smaller than my left at this moment. I think the right breastal injury I sustained a while back (which I wrote about and never really have figured out what I did) has made it a bit harder for it to build up and use the muscle properly. Sort-of the same way that my left bicept muslce doesn't build up as easlily as my right due to my shoulder injury (and an old tear in the muscle). It's very minor and petty of me, since I'm pretty positive nobody would ever notice (it's not like one is huge and one is tiny, that would just be weird), but nonetheless, I vow to remedy this problem. Soon I will once again have chestal symmetry.
